The Wheelchair Man Company is a company you can trust to
repair and service your
medical equipment needs.
We have been serving the needs of hospitals and nursing homes since 1989. Our
proven track record of exceptional service includes repairing or
refurbishing a variety of different equipment.
Our trained staff has been certified to repair Hausted and
Midmark stretchers. They are also trained to repair Stryker and Hillrom
stretchers and most major manufacturers of wheelchairs, power chairs,
hospital beds, surgery tables and a host of other products that often break
down.
The Wheelchair Man Company has the ability to sell equipment uniquely
packaged with an array of service contracts. In addition, we provide
preventive maintenance contracts commonly needed for JCAHO approval.
Our
warehouse situated in Clementon, New Jersey allows us to pick up your broken
equipment such as stretchers and refurbish them at our own facility or we
can complete the work on sight if requested. We are committed to providing
quality craftsmanship, prompt service and competitive pricing.
About the President, Paul Levin:
Paul Levin founded the Wheelchair Man Company, Inc. in 1989. The Wheelchair
Man Company, Inc. services and repairs stretchers and wheelchairs onsite and
offsite. The company offers a wide variety of Preventative Maintenance
Contracts as well as customized service contracts that can be tailored to
fit your current needs. In addition, the company will separately sell the
required parts.
Paul has specialized in servicing medical
equipment for over 25 years. He focuses mainly on repairing stretchers and
wheelchairs, but also has experience with a variety of other equipment.
From 1990 to 1999, Hausted contracted Levin and his company to do all
repairs in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Delaware and
Northeast Pennsylvania. Hausted is a major developer and manufacturer of
state-of-the-art patient handling equipment.
Paul has advanced training from major stretcher and wheelchair companies,
including Hausted, Midmark, E & J and Invacare. He continues to attend
training seminars in order to keep up with the latest technology.
